RETURNS

Genius intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. Returns are FREE (excluding items purchased on sale or on promotion) and can be managed directly by sending an email to: ordini@geniuslab.eu reporting the order number for which to make the return. The rest can be done by returning the items in the original packaging, within 15 days of delivery of the goods and only on the condition that the returned items are intact and unused. Ship to:

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send to Genius one or more returns, the Customer is required to respect precise conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the site Genius are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment using a disposable security seal with the logo Genius . The garment must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the guarantee seal. The return will be accepted only with the perfectly intact security seal, which can be a plastic seal with relative thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
D) - All other labels on the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) - THE GOODS TO BE RETURNED CAN BE SHIPPED WITH THE AUTOMATIC SYSTEM OF OUR SITE.
F) - The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item must forward the return procedure and place a new order on the Genius website.
G) - Returns of underwear and swimsuits will not be accepted.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Genius reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

H) GOODS PURCHASED DURING FLASH SALES, SALES, OR IN CAMPAIGNS WITH DISCOUNTS DO NOT PROVIDE FOR FREE RETURNS.

4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE

A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address ordini@geniuslab.eu within 15 days of receiving the goods. The codes of the items you intend to return must be specified in the email. Once the return request has been received, the customer service of Genius will send the Customer a written confirmation with the INSTRUCTIONS to follow.

All returned items will be inspected by Genius staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Genius reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

REIMBURSEMENT

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by crediting your credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer.
